Shipping within Germany is always free; we ship daily with DHL.
For deliveries within the European Union (EU) and Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of 7€.
All shipments are being sent by “Deutsche Post” (German postal service) via registered mail or by DHL.
We offer international shipping to most locations from Germany. We ship to over 200 countries all over the world.
For each of our articles we indicate the shipping weight. You will find the shipping weight on each individual product page. If you order an article, the shipping weight is displayed in the shopping cart; if you order several articles, the cumulative shipping weight is displayed in the shopping cart. This way you always have an overview of the shipping weight of your order.
For all other countries (all except Germany/Switzerland and EU): For orders with a shipping weight up to 500g we charge 7€ and for a shipping weight of 501g-2000g we charge 39€. For each additional 1000g or part thereof we charge an additional 13€.
When shipping to countries outside the EU we do not charge any VAT.
Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue sending products to some countries.
You should be aware that the prices indicated on our website are not inclusive of import duties, local GST/VAT or brokerage fees. You are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees and these are not included. Orders may need to clear customs in your country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Your order may incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges and if so, the import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped to the EU.
Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
If for any reason, you fail to pick-up your parcel on time, it may be returned back to us in Germany and you will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order to another or the same delivery address at a later time. You will also be responsible for any return fees. Your shipping address must be correct. We take no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, such as where there is no such person at the address, the person has moved or your have provided the incorrect location address.
Within Germany shipping time is usually 1-2 business days.
Shipping times vary between 2-5 days (EU), 6-8 days (USA, Canada, Japan, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, HongKong and India) and up to 14 days for other countries.
Here is a note on delivery time: The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

We ship with DHL or Deutsche Post (German Postal Service).
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an E-mail stating the tracking number. If we ship with DHL you can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email using the link provided.
In case we ship with FedEX, TNT or UPS we will send you the corresponding tracking number by E-mail.
All of our parcels are registered with DHL or Deutsche Post and come with the relevant insurance.
We are at the mercy of the postal service and are closed each year between Christmas and new year. If you have a query about delivery/dispatch times of a specific order contact us to check on its status and likely delivery time.
